Our hybrid personal training programme offers you the flexibility to have face-to-face sessions as per your convenience, while we provide programming and accountability support between sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. You can still get great results even if you don't see us as frequently as our 1-2-1 clients do, as we'll be there to guide and motivate you throughout your fitness journey.

Weekly Check-In
You'll have weekly check-in scheduled to address any issues and to help keep you on track.
Additionally you'll be able to keep in touch with your coach via Whatsapp text, or integrated app chat.
Online Programming
After our initial call, you will receive a welcome email that will give you access to your programming through our fitness app. With the app, you will be able to view all your workouts, nutrition guide, food plans, and feedback. We can't wait to help you achieve your fitness goals!
